Soda bread with onions in the oven is no worse than ordinary bread. In general, the recipe is the dream of a summer resident. Together with the kneading test, you can manage for 40-45 minutes. As a filler, we use fried onions, but you can cook bread with nuts and dried fruits, with cheese, even with bacon. No need to knead the dough for a long time, no special devices are also needed. Only three main ingredients - flour, soda and yogurt (buttermilk, kefir, yogurt). White wheat flour will make a lush white bun. But for a variety of tastes, flour can and should be mixed - wheat with whole grain, rye, buckwheat. It is important that half the flour in the dough is premium wheat, otherwise the loaf will be very heavy. May not bake.

- 300 g of wheat flour;
- 30 g of fermented rye malt;
- 270 ml of yogurt;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;

- 30 g butter.

We spread the dough on a table sprinkled with flour, collect in a bowl. This is a very sticky dough, as it should be, but the loaves of bread will be very tasty.
Sprinkle flour on a baking sheet, put a loaf in the center of the baking sheet. Cut a loaf right in the middle to the baking sheet.
Cut the loaf again in half - you get 4 separate segments of soda bread, which will be reconnected during baking.
