Beets, walnuts, fresh cucumber and fragrant green basil with kefir or yogurt are perfectly combined. The vitamin cocktail is just amazing! Add it with a pinch of sea salt and delicious soy sauce, you get a full meal. You can’t imagine anything better in the heat. On such a smoothie, you can arrange fasting days - a portion of a cocktail of 200-220 g, five times a day. However, moderation should be observed with walnuts - they are high-calorie. Therefore, if you lose weight, then add half a small nut in one portion of the smoothie, this is enough.

- 220 ml of 1% kefir;
- 1 small boiled beets;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- 3-4 sprigs of green basil;
- ½ lime;
- 2 walnuts;
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
- sea salt to taste.
A method of preparing a healthy beetroot smoothie
Cut a fresh cucumber. For this beetroot smoothie recipe, a small prickly cucumber will need one, from a long-fruited cut 1/3.
We chop basil leaves from the stem, carefully rinse, squeeze the water, cut finely, add to the chopped cucumber. Green, fragrant basil goes well with walnuts, reminiscent of Georgian sauce or oil-free pesto.
